1. The entry point for this contest is via numbmagazine.com solely. Completed entry forms containing all the information will be eligible for participation. Limit one entry per person, per household or email address. No purchase is necessary. Multiple entries will be automatically disqualified.

2. Tampering with the contest entry process will result in immediate disqualification, at the sole discretion of Numb Magazine; this includes acting in violation of the website and the rules and regulations of the contest.

3. The selected winner will be notified by e-mail within 3 business days of the draw. In the event that a selected winner does not comply with these contest rules & regulations, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days of the draw, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries. Decisions of the contest judges are final. No contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the selected winner. All components of the prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Numb Magazine reserves the right to: (i) substitute any component of the prizes with a prize of equal value; and (ii) terminate or withdraw this contest at any time, for any reason without notice to contest entrants and is not responsible to select a winner on any given day in the event of technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the draw, etc.

Every entrant releases Numb Magazine and its subsidiaries, distributors, employees and agencies of any of the above organizations from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.
